Beckham Hall
As a highly flexible space, Beckham Hall can seat approximately 300 people, and may be used for concerts involving video projection and smaller ensembles. Additionally, the room has a beautiful, vaulted wooden ceiling, lending the space a nice warmth. This venue will feature works for eight-channel surround sound.

Crowell Concert Hall
Located within the Center for the Arts, Crowell Concert Hall is excellent for concerts involving ensembles and solo instruments plus electronics. The maximum capacity seats 411 people in tiered, fixed seating. The hall is extremely spacious, and has a built in PA which can be used to supplement the surround sound set-up envisioned for the space. The concert hall will be supplemented with four-channel speaker arrangement.

CFA Hall
CFA Hall will be the hub of activity for panel sessions and additional concerts involving a small number of performers and/ or projection. The hall seats 260 people and with a PA for basic audio playback, amplification, and projection. Seating is fixed and tiered.

Memorial Chapel
The historic and striking Memorial Chapel will be used for late night concerts, and for concerts involving solo performers and electronics, as well as works involving organ and electronics. The concert hall will comfortably seat 250 people, and includes a small stage. The Memorial Chapel will be the site of the “Musical Singularity” as part of the Open Window Units call for works.

The Alsop House (Davison Art Center)
Recently designated a National Historic Landmark, the historic Alsop House is a distinguished architectural monument of the pre- Civil War period. The ground floor contains rooms with wall paintings of historic interest. Upper floors formerly housed the offices of the Department of Art and Art History. Specific rooms within the Alsop House will be designated for sound installations.

World Music Hall
The World Music Hall provides an intimate and warm environment for listening to music. The hall will be site for the conference listening room as well as Rock’s Role (after Ryoanji) as part of the Open Window Call for Works.
